的 财务办公室 provides monthly electronic budget reports through the 横幅ePrint 软件. ePrint allows users to print monthly financial reports as soon as they are available. All employees who monitor and report on budget information are granted 自动 访问 到Banner电子打印. For those that need to view monthly payroll activity, you 必须 request ePrint Payroll Report Access by completing the ePrint Payroll Report Request Form.
To 访问 ePrint, simply head to http://eprint.vbl-design.com and enter your MIDAS credentials. Below you will find 介绍 & 导航, 报告选项, 选择页面, and 定制 training videos for your ease. 您也可以访问 电子打印培训手册 for complete training information.
All questions regarding details of these reports or navigation information should be directed to the 财务办公室 数据控制 team at 757.683.3257 or the Banner hotline at bannerhotline@vbl-design.com.
Users who have 访问 to Banner Finance Forms for their approved budget are granted 自动访问 到Banner电子打印, and are able to view the specific reports that pertain only to their 组织 Budget Codes.

ePrint reports may be opened and saved as PDF, TXT, or CVS files. To 访问 past-month's reports, use the 钻 icon to "drill down" and view a list of all stored report versions listed in descending date order. To search for particular reports pertaining to a Fund or 组织 Code, please see the 选择页面 tab.
